Manage multiple stores with one account

Dear valued partner,

Below is how to manage multiple stores with one account on Delivery K app:

1/ How to register:

Method 1: Register more stores by clicking on the Register Your Business Delivery K For Free banner at the top of the home page.

Method 2: Inquiry for store registration at the bottom of the home page

Method 3: Contact vendor supporter directly for supporting.

2/ Store management:

To manage your store, click Information > Manage my store > Manage store. In the Store management, you can edit the corresponding information for each store.

*Note:

• One account can receive orders from many stores at the same time, so when receiving an order, please check exactly which store that will process the order.
• You can log in to one account by many different devices.
• In case the stores are managed under different accounts, you can create a separate account and then use the Master function to manage those stores collectively. To use this function, please contact vendor supporters directly for support.
