Charge biz money by using Delivery K app

Dear valued partner,

To deposit points into your Delivery K Store account, please create a Charge request on the app and transfer the required amount to Delivery K’s account.

**Note:

• Please wait for Delivery K staff to confirm the request and deposit points into the Store account on the Delivery K app.

• When Biz Money is below 200,000VND, the system will prompt you to deposit money. In case the store’s Biz Money is negative below 100,000VND, the system will automatically close the Store on the app and customers will not be able to find the Store. To avoid this situation, please deposit points according to the instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING BIZ MONEY

Step 1: Choose “Information” at the bottom of the App, click “Manage My Store”

Step 2: Request Biz Money by clicking the “Charge” button at the “Dashboard” page, which displays the store’s points.

Step 3: Request Biz Money by selecting the “Payment currency”, “Requested amount” and entering the “Name for deposit”. Click “Request charge” to complete the process.

Please check the information for accuracy before confirming the request. If you need a tax invoice, please contact Delivery K for support.
