SETTING PROMOTIONAL EVENTS
How to set up store’s promotions on the Delivery K app
1. Setting Promotions for the Entire Menu:

STEP 1:
From the Home screen, navigate to My Info > Manage My Store >
Store Manage > Change Basic Information

STEP 2:
Change Basic Information > Event
* There are 3 types of promotional events you can set up:
- Discount event: Offer customers a percentage discount on their total bill once it reaches a specific order value.
- Service menu event: Offer a free menu item when the order reaches a set value.
- Services for a review promise: Offer one free menu item when a customer agrees to write a review after receiving their order.
After setting up the event details, turn on the Event button ON > Save
2. Setting Promotions for Specific Menu Items

STEP 1:
On the Event page > turn on the Discount Event toggle
(do not enter any discount percentage or amount)
> click Save.

STEP 2:
Go to Store Management > Menu Management

STEP 3:
Select the specific item you want to promote > click Change

STEP 4:
On the Basic Info page > go to Event Information >
Enter Discount Rate/Discount Amount > Save
You can repeat this process to set up promotions for multiple items individually.
3. How Product Prices Are Calculated after Deducting Discounts
If multiple promotions are applied at once, the discounted price is calculated as follows:
Discounted Price = Original Price – Store Discount (voucher) – Item Discount Rate – Discount Amount
Important Notes:
- In the Discount (Amount) section, enter the discount value (how much to reduce), not the final price after the discount.
- If you mistakenly enter the final price, that amount will be deducted directly from the total order, so please double-check before saving.
