How to Register and Manage Multiple Stores with ONE Account on the Delivery K App

STEP 1: Register Your Stores

You can register multiple stores using one of the following methods:

• Method 1: Access our website > BECOME A DK PARTNER > Fill the form at Sign up now
• Method 2: Submit a Inquiry for store registration at the bottom of the Home page.
• Method 3: Navigate to My Info > Register my store
• Method 4: Directly contact sales staff for assistance.

STEP 2: Manage Your Stores

Go to My Info > Manage My Store > Store manage
In the Store Management section, you can edit the corresponding details for each store.

*Important Notes:

• One account can receive orders from multiple stores simultaneously. Please make sure to check carefully which store the incoming order belongs to.
• You can log in to the same account from multiple devices.
• If your stores are managed under different accounts, you can create a Master Account to collectively manage all stores. → To activate this function, please contact our Store Managers for assistance.
