1. Viewing Cooking and Delivery Time

a) When receiving an order

• Time left (X min.): Combines your store’s average cooking time and estimated delivery time.
• Est. time of arrival: Shows how long until the order reaches the customer.

b) To check your store’s average delivery time shown on the Delivery K app:

My Info > Store manage > View store > Store Info.

2. Setting Estimated Cooking and Delivery Time

These updates will help your customers see accurate delivery estimates in real time.
