STORES LISTING ORDER
Stores are displayed on the app according the following order:
1. PREMIUM STORE — Stores that have purchased Premium Store Advertisement Packages are displayed at the top of the list.
2. STORE WITH GOOD RESPONDING RATES
Every Monday, the system checks each store’s average response time — measured from when an order is created until it is confirmed. → Among these stores, those with online payment enabled will be displayed higher.
Stores with an average response time under 2 minutes are labeled as Store with Good Responding Rates.
3. PARTNER STORES
Every Monday at 2:00 a.m., stores are automatically set as Partner Stores.
However:
- If a store’s “Delivery Available” button is turned off 3 times in a week due to not accepting orders, it will immediately be demoted to General Store.
- The following week, the store will automatically return to Partner Store status.
- If the “Delivery Available” button is turned off more than 3 times for reasons other than not accepting orders, the store will not be demoted.
* When a new store joins Delivery K for the first time, it will be labeled “Partner Store” and “New Store” for two weeks.

4. GENERAL STORE
This category includes:
- Stores demoted from Partner Store
- Stores currently on break
- Stores open but unable to deliver
