OPERATING BUTTON ON/OFF GUIDE

Dear Partners,

Below are the reasons why the “Operating” button may be turned off and the step-by-step process to reactivate it once your store is ready to resume deliveries.

1. Reasons why the “Operating” button is turned off

  • If your store receives a new order but does not confirm it, the system will send a reminder notification every 2 minutes for 10 minutes.
  • If there’s still no response after 10 minutes, the system will send a “Delivery Off” notification and turn off your “Operating” button automatically.

2. How to turn the “Delivery On” button back on when your store is ready to deliver again

Step 1: On the home page, go to My Info > Register my store > Store Management > Change basic information

Step 2: In the Change basic information section, select Store Information > Basic Tab, then toggle the “Operating On” button (red) to reactivate delivery and start receiving new orders.

⚠️ Note:
Even if your store confirms and processes the order after 10 minutes, the system will still automatically turn off the “Operating” button.

Therefore, please make sure to manually turn the button back on to continue receiving new orders!
