What Happens When Customers Use Reward Points at Your Store
Details on how the Reward Points system works on the Delivery K app:
- After each review, customers will receive 0.2% – 0.9% of their order value as reward points from Delivery K (depending on their membership level), plus an additional 0.1% from your Store.
- These reward points can be used at any store across Southeast Asia within the Delivery K network.
- In cases where customers use their points for payment, the amount of points redeemed will be automatically credited back to your store’s Biz Money on the app.
