How to Create and Distribute Vouchers to Customers
Important Notes:
- Store owners must create vouchers first before sending them to customers. If there are no available vouchers, distribution will not be possible.
- For further guidance on creating vouchers, please contact the Customer Support team or your Store Manager directly.
 
 - Voucher Issuance Fee:
- A 7% issuance fee applies to the total value of each voucher.
 - If the customer uses the voucher, the issuance fee will be refunded to the store’s account.
 - If the customer does not use the voucher, the issuance fee will not be refunded.
 
 
1. Creating Vouchers

Step 1:
At the Home screen > Go to My Info > Manage my store

Step 2:
Go to Category Management > Voucher/coupon issuance manage

Step 3:
Click on the ‘+’ to create a new voucher > Fill in Voucher details > Save
2. Distributing Vouchers to Customers (2 methods)
Method 1: Sending vouchers directly to customers via Order chats

Step 1: Go to Order chats > CHATS >
Click on the chat inbox of the customer who you want to send the voucher to.

Step 2: Click on the avatar to access the customer’s personal page.

Step 3: Click on Voucher Delivery > Select the Voucher created previously > Send.
Method 2: Sending Vouchers via Store Manage

Step 1:
At the Home screen > Go to My Info > Manage my store

Step 2:
Go to Category Manage > Manage customer
> Select the customer who you want to send the voucher to.

Step 3: Click on Voucher Delivery > Select the Voucher created previously > Send.
