How to create and distribute vouchers to customers

Dear valued partner,

Below is how to create and distribute vouchers easily and quickly on the Delivery K app.

1, Create voucher directly

Step 1: At the Home screen, click on ‘Information’ at the bottom >  ‘Manage my store’.

Step 2: Go to ‘Category Management’ > ‘Voucher issuance management’. Click on the ‘+’ sign in the top right corner of the screen to create a new voucher.

Step 3: Fill in all information for the voucher, then click ‘Save’ to complete the creation.

**Note: Voucher issuance fee is 7% of the value of the issued voucher. When the customer uses the voucher, the issuance fee will be refunded to the partner. In case the customer does not use the voucher, the issuance fee will not be refunded.

2, Distribute vouchers to customers

There are 2 ways to distribute vouchers to customers on the Delivery K app

Method 1: Distribute vouchers via text chat inbox

Step 1: At the Home screen > ‘Order chats’ > ‘Chats’ > Click on the chat inbox of the customer who you want to send the voucher to.

Step 2: Click on the avatar to access the customer’s personal page.

Step 3: Click the ‘Voucher Delivery’ button and select the pre-created Voucher to send to the customer.

Method 2: Distribute Voucher through Store management

Step 1: At the Home screen, click in ‘Information’ at the bottom > ‘Manage my store’.

Step 2: Go to ‘Category Management’ > ‘Manage customer’ > Select the customer who you want to send the voucher to.

Step 3: Click the ‘Voucher Delivery’ button and select the pre-created voucher to send to the customer.
