Process for handling delivery button is disabled

Dear valued partner,

Below is why the delivery button is disabled and the process for re-enabling the Delivery available store button when your store is able to deliver again:

1. Reasons why the delivery button is disabled:

When the store has a new order but it is not confirmed, the system will send an unconfirmed order notification every 2 minutes within 10 minutes. If after 10 minutes, the store still does not receive the order, the system will send a notice to turn off delivery and automatically turn off the store’s Delivery available store button.

2. The process for re-enabling the Delivery available store button when the store can deliver again:

  • At the Delivery K app’s home page, select Information > Manage my store > Store management > Change basic information
  • At the Change basic information, select Store information > at the Basic tab, turn on the Delivery available store button to be able to receive new orders.

*Note:

After 10 minutes, even though the store confirms and processes the order, the system still automatically turns off the Delivery available store button, so the store needs to turn on the Delivery available store button back to be able to receive new orders.
