Manage delivery staff & check real-time movement location of delivery staff through the Delivery K staff registration function
Dear valued partner,
Now, we will guide you through managing delivery staff and checking the real-time movement location of delivery staff through the Delivery K Rider function.
Step 1: Create a delivery account: On the home screen, click ‘My Information’ at the bottom of the screen > ‘Log in/Register as a member’.
Partners can register their Delivery K account in five ways.
– Register with phone number
– Sign up with a Kakaotalk account
– Register with Facebook account
– Register with Apple (for iOS users)
– Register by email
Step 2: Log in to the Delivery K app with your delivery person account. On the home screen, ‘My Information’ at the bottom of the screen > Account name (top of the screen) > Check ID information
Step 3: Log in to the Delivery K app with your store account. On the home screen, click ‘My Information’ > ‘Manage My Store’ at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Go to ‘Store Management’ > ‘Employee Management’.
Step 5: Click ‘+‘ > Enter the delivery person ID to add it to the delivery person list.
Step 6: On the home screen of your store account, click ‘My Information‘ > ‘Delivery K Rider’ at the bottom of the screen.
Step 7: Activate the My Location and Delivery Request Store Notification buttons in the Delivery Request Store list.
