Introducing review management and review pin features
Dear valued partner,
Below is how to manage reviews and pin reviews on the Delivery K app.
Step 1: At the Home screen, click on ‘Information’ at the bottom > ‘Manage my store’
Step 2: Go to ‘Store management’ > ‘Review Management’
Among the customer reviews, select the review that you want to be displayed at the top and click ‘PIN ON TOP’.
**Note: Pinned reviews are also randomly displayed as recommended reviews at the Delivery K home screen.
