How to Turn ON Notifications on the Delivery K App

To ensure smooth operation and quick response to new orders, we recommend that store managers turn all notifications ON (except for Silent Notifications).

This helps you receive every order update, check order status, and respond to customers promptly so you never miss an important alert.

Step 1: On the home screen, go to My Info > Settings.

Step 2: In the Settings menu, check all notification options and make sure they are turned ON.
(You may keep “Silent Notifications” OFF to ensure alerts make a sound.)
